  • Delivery delays or non-fulfillment
  • Disputes between buyers and sellers

6. Prohibited Items and Activities

  • Counterfeit products

7. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and logos on the platform belong to FreeMyCost.com or its licensors. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

23. Privacy & Chat Usage

  • Respect user privacy and cease communication when requested
  • Chat is for meaningful, respectful dialogue
  • Conversations may be monitored for abuse or safety

24. Financial Terms: Rewards, Cashback, Referrals

  • All incentives are at FreeMyCost’s sole discretion
  • Rewards may be revoked in cases of fraud or misuse
  • No guarantee of cash payouts unless explicitly stated

25. Wallet Terms

In-app wallet balance is a digital credit for FreeMyCost.com only. It’s non-transferable and may expire unless used.

26. Taxation

  • Users are responsible for tax compliance on their earnings
  • We may collect PAN/KYC details for payouts and issue TDS certificates

27. Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Indian law. Disputes will be settled in the courts of [Insert City, India].
