Order Cancellation Policy

At FreeMyC ost, we understand that circumstances may change after placing an order. This policy outlines the conditions and procedures for order cancellation.

2. Cancellation Window

• Before Shipment: Orders can be cancelled free of charge before they are shipped or dispatched.
• After Shipment: Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible. You may initiate a return instead (see our Refunds & Returns Policy).

3. How to Cancel an Order

To cancel your order:

1. Log in to your FreeMyC ost account
2. Go to My Orders section
3. Select the order you wish to cancel
4. Click on Cancel Order button
5. Provide a reason for cancellation (optional)
6. Confirm cancellation

4. Refund Processing

• Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within 5-7 business days
• The refund will be credited to your original payment method
• Any cashback or credits earned on the cancelled order will be reversed

5. Non-Cancellable Orders

The following orders cannot be cancelled:

• Orders that have already been shipped
• Digital products or services that have been delivered
• Customized or personalized items
• Perishable goods

6. Seller-Initiated Cancellations

In rare cases, sellers may cancel orders due to:

• Product unavailability
• Pricing errors
• Inability to fulfill the order

In such cases, you will receive a full refund and notification via email.
