Freemycost offers an affiliate program that allows users to earn credits and cashback by referring products and making purchases through our platform. This policy outlines the terms and conditions governing these earnings.

2. How Affiliate Earnings Work

Referral Earnings: Earn credits when someone purchases a product through your referral link
Cashback: Earn cashback on your own purchases made through Freemycost
Review Rewards: Earn credits for writing verified product reviews
Social Sharing: Earn bonus credits for sharing products on social media

3. Earning Credits

3.1 Referral Credits

Share product links with your unique referral code
Earn a percentage of the purchase value when someone buys through your link
Credits are added to your wallet after successful order delivery
Referral percentage varies by product category (typically 2-10%)

3.2 Cashback Credits

Earn cashback on eligible purchases made through Freemycost
Cashback percentage is displayed on each product page
Cashback is credited after order confirmation and delivery
Minimum purchase amount may apply for cashback eligibility

3.3 Review Credits

Write detailed reviews for products you have purchased
Earn credits for verified reviews (typically ₹10-50 per review)
Reviews must be genuine and meet quality guidelines
Credits are awarded within 48 hours of review approval

4. Credit Validity and Usage

Credits are valid for 365 days from the date of earning
Expired credits cannot be recovered or reinstated
Credits can be used for future purchases on Freemycost
Credits cannot be transferred to other users
Credits cannot be exchanged for cash

5. Minimum Payout Threshold

Minimum wallet balance of ₹500 required for withdrawal
Withdrawals can be requested once per month
Payout processing takes 7-15 business days
Bank account details must be verified before first payout

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of earnings:

Creating fake accounts or using bots to generate referrals
Self-referrals or circular referrals
Spamming or unsolicited promotion
Misrepresenting products or services
Using misleading or deceptive marketing practices
Violating any terms of service or applicable laws

8. Credit Reversal

Credits may be reversed in the following situations:

Order cancellation or return
Fraudulent activity detected
Violation of terms and conditions
Technical errors or system glitches
Chargebacks or payment disputes

9. Tracking and Reporting

View your earnings in the My Wallet section
Track referral performance in the Dashboard
Download monthly earning statements
Real-time updates on pending and confirmed credits

10. Tax Implications

Users are responsible for reporting earnings as per local tax laws
Freemycost may issue tax documents for earnings above threshold limits
TDS may be deducted as per applicable regulations

11. Program Modifications

Freemycost reserves the right to modify or terminate the affiliate program at any time
Changes to commission rates or terms will be communicated via email
Continued participation implies acceptance of updated terms

12. Disclaimers

All credits, earnings, and commissions are issued at the sole discretion of Freemycost
No payouts are guaranteed unless formally confirmed in writing
We reserve the right to withhold or cancel any payout in case of fraud, abuse, technical errors, or unforeseen events
No legal disputes will be entertained regarding unpaid or revoked credits
By participating, you waive any right to claim or litigate such earnings unless explicitly approved and disbursed
