Refunds & Returns Policy

Effective Date: January 15, 2025

1. Return Eligibility

Items can be returned within 7 days of delivery if they meet the following conditions:

  • Product is unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • Original packaging and tags are intact
  • Product is not damaged or altered
  • Return request is initiated within the return window

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, etc.)
  • Personal care items (cosmetics, undergarments, etc.)
  • Digital products or downloadable content
  • Customized or personalized items
  • Items marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase

3. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Log in to your FreeMyC ost account
  2. Navigate to My Orders
  3. Select the order containing the item you wish to return
  4. Click on Return Item button
  5. Select reason for return and provide details
  6. Submit return request
  7. Wait for return approval (usually within 24-48 hours)
  8. Once approved, pack the item securely and ship it back

4. Return Shipping

  • Defective/Wrong Items: We cover return shipping costs
  • Change of Mind: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
  • Use a trackable shipping method for returns
  • Keep proof of shipment until refund is processed

5. Refund Process

  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item
  • Items are inspected to ensure they meet return conditions
  • Refund amount is credited to your original payment method
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable (except for defective/wrong items)
  • Any cashback or credits earned will be reversed

6. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item:

  1. Return the original item following the return process
  2. Place a new order for the desired item

7. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide photos of the damaged/defective item
  • We will arrange for a replacement or full refund
  • Return shipping will be covered by us

8. Wrong Item Delivered

If you receive the wrong item:

  • Contact us immediately with order details
  • We will arrange for pickup of the wrong item
  • Correct item will be shipped at no additional cost

9. Refund Timeline

  • Credit/Debit Cards: 5-7 business days
  • Net Banking: 5-7 business days
  • UPI/Wallets: 3-5 business days
  • Cash on Delivery: Refund via bank transfer (7-10 business days)
