
Refunds & Returns Policy
Effective Date: January 15, 2025
1. Return Eligibility
Items can be returned within 7 days of delivery if they meet the following conditions:
- Product is unused, unworn, and in original condition
- Original packaging and tags are intact
- Product is not damaged or altered
- Return request is initiated within the return window
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Perishable goods (food, flowers, etc.)
- Personal care items (cosmetics, undergarments, etc.)
- Digital products or downloadable content
- Customized or personalized items
- Items marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase
3. How to Initiate a Return
- Log in to your FreeMyC ost account
- Navigate to My Orders
- Select the order containing the item you wish to return
- Click on Return Item button
- Select reason for return and provide details
- Submit return request
- Wait for return approval (usually within 24-48 hours)
- Once approved, pack the item securely and ship it back
4. Return Shipping
- Defective/Wrong Items: We cover return shipping costs
- Change of Mind: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
- Use a trackable shipping method for returns
- Keep proof of shipment until refund is processed
5. Refund Process
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item
- Items are inspected to ensure they meet return conditions
- Refund amount is credited to your original payment method
- Shipping charges are non-refundable (except for defective/wrong items)
- Any cashback or credits earned will be reversed
6. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item:
- Return the original item following the return process
- Place a new order for the desired item
7. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide photos of the damaged/defective item
- We will arrange for a replacement or full refund
- Return shipping will be covered by us
8. Wrong Item Delivered
If you receive the wrong item:
- Contact us immediately with order details
- We will arrange for pickup of the wrong item
- Correct item will be shipped at no additional cost
9. Refund Timeline
- Credit/Debit Cards: 5-7 business days
- Net Banking: 5-7 business days
- UPI/Wallets: 3-5 business days
- Cash on Delivery: Refund via bank transfer (7-10 business days)
